When you write, it helps to include:
Sign in with Apple is not finishing. Make sure you are signed into iCloud on the device (Settings → [your name]). If you previously denied Hushlo access, go to Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple and re-enable it for Hushlo.
Apple Health is not showing my sits. Open Hushlo → Settings → Permissions and re-grant Health access. If that does not work, open the Health app → Sharing → Apps & Services → Hushlo and toggle Mindful Minutes back on.
My streak reset. A streak counts unbroken days with at least one logged sit. If you missed a calendar day, the streak number returns to zero. Hushlo will not tell you off for this — it just starts counting again the next time you sit.
I left a tip — where is the receipt? Apple emails the receipt directly. Look for a message from no_reply@email.apple.com. Tips are one-time, not subscriptions, so there is nothing recurring to manage.
I want to delete my account. Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account email and your synced sit history from our servers within 30 days. Local data is removed when you uninstall the app.
I am a parent, is this safe for my child? Hushlo is designed for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect data from them. There is no chat, no community feed, no advertising.
I want my data exported. Settings → Account → Export Data. You will get a JSON file with every sit you have logged.
The same email above. If you can include a screen recording, even better.
Also welcome at the same address. Hushlo is built slowly and on purpose — not every request will land in the app, but every one is read.
